Admitting they have a problem? Sweet! My only contact with Sony support was their continued denials that the original Playstation had a problem with the laser. (Any other old men like me remember this problem?) I'm glad they're treating you right. That's an expensive repair to have to shoulder on your own. Sony’s ponying up the dough?
